They’re the least caring team ever, they should be ashamed of calling themselves urgent “care” I needed high blood pressure meds for a trip to Spain, I was going for three weeks, not having enough meds to last me the whole trip, I expressed this to one of the doctors, who told me she couldn’t prescribe cause I still had pills left form the last prescription. No me gusto la atención, me hice 2 test, el del mismo día que en 40 minutos me enviaban los resultados a mi correo y el PCR que está supuesto en llegar después de 3 días. Yo necesitaba el del mismo día para presentar a mi trabajo y no me llego, al día siguiente llame 4 veces y me decían que de 10 a 15 minutos me llegaba y que chequee mi correo pero nunca me llegó, tuve que ir personalmente a pedir. Absolutely terrible! I took 2 Covid tests at 9:00am Saturday 12/18. Called all day for the results, and no one called back. That evening I received an email with an attachment for someone else!!!! I have been calling all morning again, and no one returns the calls. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE Update 12/21- still waiting for PCR results and once again, NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE OR CALLS BACK

Worst service! Went in for a rapid COVID test; I was told I was getting my results via email and it’s been a week after and never got it. I called multiple times, no one picks up the phone but left my voice message every time but it seems that it gets sent or directed to Mars! 👎👎👎
The young woman helped me with my health insurance because I was having difficulty sending it via my phone
