El servicio de las dos mujeres que te hacen la prueba es pésimo, con una actitud grosera con mal genio, como si les estuvieras pidiendo algo regalado. Una de ellas dio la excusa de que solo están ellas dos trabajando y la gente pregunta mucho. El peor servicio es el de la mujer morena/hispana. The staff was nice for our telehealth visits but we never received the COVID test kit for our one son and the one for our other son was too late to be of any use really.
Mailed test kit was incomplete. Called several times to get new one. Finally got a new one too late to submit as required. Had to go to a local pharmacy for COVID test. Terrible experience.
Overnighted COVID test, still didn’t receive results!
This company has no idea what it’s doing. You call and leave a. Voicemail but no one ever returns your call. You call and ask to speak with a supervisor and your told no one is available. You leave a message and again no response. They claim to have sent out emails with links for appointments but they don’t show up until 3 hours after your appointment time. I’m totally fed up with them and they better not cause my children their opportunities to attend summer camp!!
