I had an easy and simple procedure the day of my COVID-19 test. Then I waited SEVEN days - no results! I called on day 4 and was told my results were not back. I called on day 7 - nothing. Then I received a call that in fact, there was some result. A notation that no results were available because the sample was insufficient! What? I could accept that result IF It was a self-administered swab, as some places are having patients do. But my test was done by your technician! Unacceptable.
