1st class customer service. My sons truck had a problem relating to work done at Dillons whilst he was at Texas Tech in Lubbock. Dillons took control of the situation called a shop in Lubbock, got his truck taken care of and back on the road and covered the bill. How many shops stand by their clients like that? Brilliant. I’ve been a customer with all our vehicles for a couple of year and I won’t be going anywhere else.
Had other evaluations Fire stone was wrong and wanted to charge me well over 1000$ for something that wasn’t even wrong with my car.. Dillion’s is honest and fate and I will never go anywhere else They go way above and beyond for their customers !!
