I’ve moved away from franchises that took advantage of my family suggesting unnecessary repairs and other tricks on them. A mechanic should be someone you trust. Our lives (literally);depend on how good a job they do on our vehicles. Dillons have shown competence, care and understanding when checking our vehicles, so I am happy to work with them as long as they keep their side of the deal. Honesty and professionalism go a long way.

I’ve been using Dillon’s Automotive every sense we moved to Katy. They’ve always gone out of their way for thier costumers. They have a shuttle service if you need to be taken somewhere while your vehicle is being worked on. If they find something that could b a problem to you while your driving the vehicle they tell you about it. They’ve always done quality work for my family.
