Great service, Up Front Estimates and Great Response and Updates throughout the process. This was not small job. It was a Water Pump on Ford Explorer Eco Boost Engine. An estimated 14 Hour Job involved replacing water pump, timing chain and while they were in there a 140k tune-up. I shopped the job around and after reading the review and doing the online estimate and getting the quick response from Jessie sealed the deal. I sent my son here after he experienced an oil change at another garage near us. I asked him to be sure and tell them all of the things the other shop said he needed done. He was surprised when Dillon’s told him he didn’t necessarily need most of the things done and that one in particular was not even possible! Totally trust the guys at Dillon’s and now my son knows why!!!
