Dr.Raina is amazing. I would recommend her to anyone. She treated me with care, respect and urgency in order to find out what was wrong. Everything was explained to me very clearly and I never felt like I was in the dark about what was going on. The office was wonderful and everyone was so friendly. I am so glad that I found such a great office and Dr.
A visit to the Gastro Dr. typically is a result of symptoms that are uncomfortable to discuss or for diagnostic testing due to your age, either there is a discomfort level. Dr. Raina's professional and compassionate approach allowed me to be open and relax to discuss my issues. I found her willingness to listen and not judge,initiated a strong trust. Before,during and after my procedure, the staff was caring and detailed on each step of the process. My treatment will continue with Dr. Raina.
She gives biting answers when asked simple questions that I guess she sees as “questioning her diagnosis”.
Dr. Raina was nice, but she rushed in and out. She had not read the notes before the appointment. We waited an hour to be seen. My daughter has had several GI issues for years, which all might contribute to an overall picture, but the doctor wanted to only address one at this visit. We waited years to see a specialist and wanted to ask questions and get more information than we can find online. But the doctor had little time to entertain more than a couple questions. I have never been treated so badly! She is very dismissive, rude and condescending! Basically attacked me personally with her rude ways and words. Totally dismissed my problems without even so much as taking a look at me. After waiting for over an hour after my appointment time, she literally spent 5 minutes with me and pointed at the door and said 'you can leave'. NEVER see Dr. Raina!!!! Worst experience in my life by a doctor! Should be a '0' rating!
This doctor has zero bedside manner. I’m unable to review her clinical skills, but a hernia was found and she did nothing when I asked. She couldn’t wait to get me out of there with no treatment for my GERD. Would not recommend
I wish I could give zero stars. I have never in my life met a doctor that is so rude and condescending. She was completely unprofessional the whole visit. She dismissed every issue that I have and told me there is nothing she can do. I would not let my worst enemy see her or be under her care.
If I could give a zero star I would. I don't normally do this. Character and bedside manner is important in medical field. My first and last visit with her. She was rude and condescending. If you want to be taken care of and taken seriously be good to yourself and find a better doctor. I hope this help.
Rude, condescending and mean. I made it clear when making my appointment that I was seeking multiple opinions for a chronic issue. Dr. Raina told me, "We all read the same textbooks, so I'm not sure what you want from me that you're not getting from another doctor." Very disappointed and honestly taken aback by this negative experience.
