Never trust her to take care of you!! Under her care for 3 weeks, I became progressively sicker and weaker, calling her nurse daily to report symptoms asking for her help. Finally was told to go to the ER, and diagnosed w/colitis. Sent home and told to report to Dr Raina, who again was of NO HELP. Returned to the ER one week later sicker. Then, finally was able to be seen by Dr Cofrancesco of GI North, who did an emergency colonoscopy, found the problem, and is currently treating me. The staff is kind and courteous, but Dr. Raina is not. She is very rude, does not listen, she is degrading, and down right mean. I left with no answers and no medical help, and now have to find another doctor to start over again. I wish I had never met her. See anyone but her.
Very unprofessional and would not recommend her to my worst enemy. Does not care about people. She will not even call us on the results of my fathers CT scan. What doctor does that?
Every time I have had an appointment with Dr. Raina, I have had to wait in the waiting room for a minimum of 1 hour. Most recently I waited one hour and fifteen minutes, only to wait another 15 minutes for the doctor to arrive. It is extremely frustrating as I respect her time and arrive early but the respect does not go both ways.
I had an appt today for follow up from the ER for severe epigastric pain. Dr. Raina came into the room and didn’t even introduce herself. She immediately said “I can’t help you so I don’t know what you want from me.” It was a total waste of time. She then couldn’t even give me a recommendation on where/who to go to next for answers! I had changed practices because of moving but I’m going to be making the drive back to my old doctor who is caring, compassionate, and actually DOES something to address the problem.
I had a visit with Dr. Raina today and it was beyond terrible. I went to her with problem - extreme bloating and constipation. Not only did she not even try to solve the problem, she talked down to my husband and I. It was so upsetting and her terrible bedside manner made my problem feel even scarier and worse. She offered nothing to make things better. I would highly reccomend NOT going to this doctor.
I will never ever go to this doctor ever again in my life. I do not recommend this rude lady to anyone. She do not care about treating patients. Rushes you out of her office with no help given from her. The worst doctor I have ever seen.
