Merry Christmas all! Want to give a big shout out to the staff at the Northland facility..I had my eyes corrected with prk last year. .and I am so glad I did. The staff there are wonderful and I am glasses free! Anyways. .Thank you Dr Pate and Becca and all the other staff who were so good to me through the year. Happy Holidays to you all!
The Leawood Location is the most unprofessional location and uncaring location. My appointment was at 4pm. They called me back at 430pm. They dialated my eyes and at 6pm, I'm still waiting to see Dr Singh. Him nor anyone from his staff came back to update me. No since of urgency. They feel they are doing you a favor by helping you. Discover Vision Center in Leawood is the most unprofessional facility I have ever had the misfortune of visiting. From the front desk staff all the way to the physicians themselves along with their “team”, I was treated with nothing but rudeness and condescension. DO NOT go to this place!!! Negative stars!!!
