I arrived 12 min late for my appointment today and was told I would have to reschedule because I was 15 min late. I have followed the same Dr for approximately 10 years in Blue Springs but drove from West Shawnee to Independence to see the same Dr for continuity. My GPS directed me about 5 min away erroneously. I called and went through the automated answering routine then on hold. By the time I arrived I was 12 min late and was told I had to reschedule because I was 15 min late and the last appointment. REALLY
I was a patient for over 15 years and now I can't get the Manager to call me like she looked me in my face and said she would! This is not the way for any company to treat anyone!
My friend got her eye burned there this week because the idiot helping her had her put in a contact that had been sitting in a hydrogen peroxide solution! NO ONE APOLOGIZED! Even the Doctor did not apologize. Do not go here!
I have no problem with the Doctors I have seen at this facility, BUT the people in the part that dispenses eye glasses needs to be reminded that political commentary should never be discussed with customers. I will never get my prescription eye wear at this office again.
Why do you not offer wifi in your waiting areas?
I attended an appointment with my wife this past Friday, and we arrived for her appointment at 3:00 p.m. and saw the doctor at approximately 4:30 p.m. We departed at approximately 5:10 p.m. This was the most unorganized, disjointed medical visit I have ever seen! No one including the doctor seemed to know why my wife was there, (it was a return visit), or what was supposed to be done for her.
