My appointment was @ 4:10. I arrived 4:03. Was not greeted and stood waiting in front of one staff member that never a knowledged me. Another staff member did while finishing with another patient. She checked me in. Waited in waiting area…

I had my LASIK surgery performed at the Independence surgery center. Staff was very nice and professional. Surgery went smoothly and the staff was very willing to answer all of my questions.

Everyone in the office is very polite, very nice to be around. I wish the business office part of it was as good. Would like to have my bill fixed.
