Routine check. Prompt at appointment time. Excellent technician. Both the Tech and Dr actually listened to my issues and addressed them.
From what was supposed to be a normal pressure check turned into a same-day surgery and an emergency bypassed. The worlds aligned with my gut feeling of needing attention and Dr. Null having some cancelations of which I immediately moved schedules around and took advantage of the openings. The team jumped into overdrive to get paperwork, physical, insurance, etc. working together in unison to pull off a miracle in the same day. My appt for pre-operative cataract assessment was exemplary from start to finish. The appt started exactly on-time. Phillip was an outstanding technician! His reservoir of skills and knowledge was impressive, professional and personalized. He even asked my permission to allow him to use my appointment as a training opportunity for an incoming employee.
