Hoping for the best, prepared for the worst--I got the best. I came into the office for an evaluation of chipped front tooth. I had fallen recently, and there was a good size piece missing. I expected to have to return, maybe more than once, for whatever treatment was suggested. Instead, Dr. Lane bonded it while I was there. One appointment, one hour, no need for anesthesia. I left with a complete, natural looking tooth. I could not have hoped for a better outcome.
Oh Wow!!!!!! Two experiences in one day I must really like the place or they are taking advantage of us elderly.......Seriously this is what a great dental facility should be...........all others should visit this place incognito and really find out what I am talking about........The personnel are so real and with no phony stuff...........I would pay more to come here and probably am but if that be the case I'm not leaving....If you are reading this wondering if this is the dental facility you have been looking for.......you... read more
Fun-filled filing Arrived late but was not scolded. Saw Dr. Lane and assistant Sam(antha) almost immediately. Dr. Lane made light of havong two Sams to deal with. Nummed up in no time. Didn't feel anything while the decay was removed, and the vacancy backfilled. Checkout was not as painless as the procedure because I had to pay, but price was fair.
Mediocre - I really enjoyed my hygienist but just a cleaning did take almost two hours - My retainer did not get cleaned, something many other dentists do - My bill was confusing. I made sure to let everyone know I have been a patient since 1994, however I was not charged a regular patient price. - It was extremely cold in the patient rooms!
Superb!!!! I was apprehensive about going to the dentist since I was a child. The first time I came into the office I was greeted with a genuine interest and kindness. Smiles from everyone. I met Dr.Zak and his wonderful, assistant. Everyone I met during the course of treatment, were very educational and great at teaching everything. I now love going to the dentist. Thank you so much. I would recommend this practice to everyone!!!
Continued fantastic professional service although my appointment was a little late, Dr Lane performed like the true professional he is.....he had no assistant today due to a family health problem, but it did not cause Dr Lane to miss a beat. Took care of my dental challenge in quick order with no discomfort and even walked me to the payment counter (thankfully cause that walk is a real maze!!) Professional, caring and friendly My long time dentist retired and referred me to another in the area. While waiting for my second appointment, AFTER signing in and never being recognized, I was called 15 minutes past my appointed time, only to to also be called by my wife from home saying the dentist office had called wondering where I was!! Bridge Repair or Replacement After reviewing xrays and comparing to previous ones, it was pinted out that to save future expensees, it would be in my best interest to pull the remaining teeth and replace them with an upper denture.
Best Oral Hygiene Experience Ever! Both the panoramic and single films were taken efficiently with excellent adjustments for the patient's maxillary torus which ensured a high comfort level. The hygiene exam, scaling and prophylaxis were accomplished with the same penchant for a smooth and seamless patient experience.
