the assistant was polite, efficient, and excellent in her work.
From check-in to check-out the service is impeccable. That has been my experience from my 1st visit about 4 years ago to the present.
Have been seeing Dr Lane for more years than I can remember. He and his staff are the best!
It is still the same; I am grateful to have found Dr. Zak at a time when I desperately needed a dentist that I could trust. It seems as if there are very few dental organizations these days which are run with the same type of ethics and communication skills that Dr. Zak's offices uses!
I expected my crowns to last more than 4 years, now one of them has chipped off, and I may need to spend more money with a new type (supposedly indestructible) crown.
Liz was great as always. Dr. Zak was positive and said I had strong teeth!
