The visit was fine. The reminder process was ridiculous. I received a postcard, 3 emails, 2 phone calls during business hours, and a repeating text that sent over and over until I texted back STOP.

When a patient has not responded, we, cannot assume that those reminders have been received, so we contact the patient by phone to remind them and ask the patient to return the call with a confirmation. 'A'mazing!
This was my last visit to LCZ. I have no issue with the service however LCZ does not fully accept my insurance. I was asked to pay $93 out of pocket for x-Rays and a cleaning. I just received a statement from my insurance company they say I only owe $78. I wonder how many patients this is happening to. There are plenty of Dentists in Orlando who will accept my insurance in full.
Not enough teeth cleaning, but a lot of talking. Too expensive!!

Everything was fine as usual. I don't really need 10 reminders about my appointment. Are people failing to show up? Three emails, 2 text messages and a phone call are kind of a bit much.
The prices at LC&Z are shocking.
The quality of care is still very good. However, since Dr. Nofsinger left, the practice has become way too pushy im sales. For example, the other day, although I told them I was not interested in one the aesthetic suggestions they recommended, they still discreetly place it in my treatment plan without my consent. And then, they proceeded to have me pay for the whole treatment plan right away luring me with a 5% discount.
