We brought our son in for an infection on his finger. The doctor did a scrape test and sent the labs out. We were told that the results would be back in a few days. Weeks passed and still no results. We kept following up. We called again last Friday and was told that by the individual, hereinafter referred to as “R,” that she would return my call with an update on that following Monday. We are very sorry for your experience. Our office is usually an hour late. Our 60% patients are above 65 and with multiple problems and our company policy is to address all the problem in one visit. So sometime lol or a lot of time we run late if couple of patients before you are different then usual then an hour or maybe 2 hour is possible. Only thing I can assure to you that we try our best to be on time without compromising the patient care.
paid 80$ for an old man to tell me maybe I have arthritis. So now I don't have money to go to an actual Dr.....you suck docs.
simple point this place sucks!!!3hrs time sign in till left, not busy at time, doctor gave no instructions of after care, docter saw 2 other patients after i was im room waiting, they came in after me, what a waste of my morning!!! i wouldnt recommend to someone that i hate!!!!and to top it off doctor didnt even know what macys day parade is, REALLY!!
My review of my visit last night 6/5/17 @ around 8:20: I paid 100 dollars to wait for close to two hours and then for the doctor to basically tell me nothing was wrong with me after checking me over for 39 seconds (yes I timed it). She prescribed me penicillin just for me to leave. When I asked her to check if my lymph nodes were swollen right before I left, her response was as follows "I'm sure they are swollen. You are fine."
