Took 2 hours to get 4 stitches and I was the only one in the lobby I know it was New Year's Eve but that's a ridiculous amount of time to sit there....

Called ahead of time, was told the cost would be $100 if cash pay or the cost for urgent care with insurance. They charged more then $100 to go towards deductible. Clue #2 this was shady. Clue #1 were the party lights behind the building for DOCCS Club... you wait an hour, go to another waiting room and wait... when asked how much longer, the time was an hour or more. SERIOUSLY?!?! Two hours for a not busy urgent care?!?!?! There was only 1 person ahead of us. They did vitals to the point of turning my daughters arm purple... read more

The other reviews are correct - You will literally sit there for hours and see to see a P.A. I went to the Palm Bay location and we were the only ones there and still waited 1 hour to get to a room and then 45 minutes more for the P.A. He was very nice, but spent more time talking to my husband than diagnosing me. He offered a choice between 2 antibiotics and after he left the room I decided to go with the lesser priced one. The snotty discharged said she couldn't chAnge it and we would have to wait until he finished wit... read more

Waited 45 minutes in the first waiting room then had to wait another 50 minutes in another room before I was actually seen. They advertise skip the long wait, but I've never had to wait this long at any facility. You played me this time but I will never return.

I sent my wife here and while she really liked the doctor she saw, but the office staff were nothing more than bullies. With our high deductible plan insurance, it specifically states on our card that insurance is billed first and all payment owed to the facility comes from our insurance company. Instead they bullied her into paying $70 or refusing to treat her. I would have had her go somewhere else, but since she had a fever higher than 102 and it was Friday night and everything else was closed there wasn't a lot of other ... read more
