Docs is the most unprofessional place I will never go back the ladies in the office are so rude and unprofessional and the office manger was horrible!!!
I will never go back to this practice. Two appointments in a row I was forced to wait well over an hour after my scheduled appointment for a full physical (I was early), only to be shoved in a exam room for another half hour. Seen by an nursing student, then wait another half hour for Dr Sahay to not do my physical. Without examining me, she scheduled a basic blood screen with no extras. Awful expierence 45 min before even seen. For dr to come in for 2 seconds see if i had been xrayed. To wait another 30 Min for me to hear the dr say he forgot to tell someone that I needed to be xrayed never going back there again
This is the worst urgent care. I thought it was ok could be a long wait but I just received a bill that included charges from two years ago and your telling me all the times I have been in and was told I had no balance I had a balance is a bunch of crap. This is a shady business. Updated 4/24/15
DOCCS was great when they first opened but now its extremely bad! I am sad that I recommended them to others. :/
