You should call with updates instead of making me have it log in to a portal for information. I never agreed to email updates as my only way to get information. I want phone calls—to speak to my providers. Often I don’t want you to make appointments but have no way to respond to the email notification you send. If I try to reply to your email notifications they come back as undeliverable! Your communication system is awful. I don’t want to be bombarded by useless emails I cannot reply to.

I cannot review this because the appointment was with my mother who is a resident in a senior living facility. I was not with her at the time of the visit and have not been notified of anything. I plan to call Doctors Making House Calls to set up a mode of communication
This company is Terrible. They treat workers like shit.But love to praise the providers who does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING but collect patients money. If you are a home Patient they CHARGE YOU $120 Visit fee every time they see them plus additional extra charges. Patients will die trying to get in contact with the providers if something went wrong because the Organizers does not like to do THEIR Jobs.They love to play favoritism when it comes to who gets in trouble and who don’t. Doctors Making Housecalls main concern is getting a credit card number from a family member of the sick person and running it up, even after their service has been cancelled. When I called to get answers I was called names (by Hayes) and could hear other members in the office laughing before he hung up. No one else in the office will get me to the appropriate person to clear this up. I'm starting to suspect that they have a Medicare scam going. very disappointing
Henry was very pleased with first visit by Dr Khara & Leeanne Minnick. I am his POA & having DMHC makes me feel much better about his healthcare. It will make both of our lives easier!! There was an emergency last month & rather than being able to have portable xray ordered by Dr from DMHC he was transported to Rex ER. So hoping for a continued good relationship with Dr Khara & Leeanne! Have heard good things about DMHC from other residents. Beth

I have been very pleased with the care DR. Heffner has given my mom. I appreciate her calling me after her visits. Have still not heard back about scheduling my mom for a MRI. Steve Middleton
