No contact from doctor about visit!
Waiting now for one month to get death Certificate signed. Dr Ferrera signed it once but did it in the wrong ink and had some other mistakes on it. The mortuary caught it, called the facility and told them to tell the doctor And was sending another over right away. They told the mortuary that the doctor had left and would be back next month. Now to me, the doctor should have turned around and came right back. She was still in town. Not impressed with your doctor's at all.
This company has no value for honest people, Drs Therapist and all are very manipulative.
For over 2 months I have been trying to resolve a financial matter regarding my mother's account. I have talked to numerous individuals, I have made numerous phone calls that have gone unanswered and I have left numerous messages that have never been returned just trying to resolve this matter. All I have received are nasty letters stating that her account is past due. I need help! I need to communicate with your financial department. I want them to please get in touch with me so that this matter can be resolved.
My mother, Matilda Moyer, is a patient of Dr. Ferrara at Brookdale Carriage Club in Charlotte. Mom is 93 and still lives independently with help in the mornings. She has had some issues lately with a UTI and very fluctuating blood pressure. Dr. has checked on her and monitored her very closely. She talks so Mom can hear her and understand what she is saying.
