Patti reached out to me and made sure that I was completely satisfied. She took time to go over every detail regarding the pups and upgraded their stay (which my pups loved and now are probably going to get mad if I don't sign them up for that service from now on) and credited my account from the previous stay. We have been taking our dog, Holden to Doggie District for doggie daycare, grooming and boarding. The first time he went, he came home with muddy paws and when I told them, they shared that I can request that his paws be wiped clean or an exit bath on muddy days. Every since then, they have been amazing. They all love Holden and he loves going there. Recently, we were out of town and our dog refused to eat. I couldn't be happier with how Doggie District treated my little Yorkie on his 8th Birthday. He was staying overnight for a few days. I couldn't be home on the day of his birthday so I called them and inquired about a party. They reassured me that CoCo would get the extra care & attention on his birthday. The day I picked him up, I asked for pictures from his "dog party" and I was so surprised! They went above and beyond my expectations! Just picked up my 2 babies after having been gone for a week and they seemed happy as clams. The price was reasonable and they offer military diacounts!!!! I opted for the grooming for the day I picked them up and my wife was not really thrilled with the haircut. But still I think they were well taken care of. I like that they don't push the canine influenza shot. I think next time I will add in play days for them so they can get the full experience here at the district. Great energy and wonderful staff! It was our first time ever boarding our 5 month old puppies and they made everything so easy for us and made us all feel at home. We definitely recommend this location! Brittany, Autumn, Brad, Shannon and everyone else we met were so kind and helpful! After 3 full days of boarding there, our puppies were full of joy when we picked them up! We definitely will be back!

I LOVE this place!! We adopted a dog from Wagging Tails Rescue and when I brought him there for what I thought was the first time, they already knew him. They did offer me the new customer's deal even though my rescue had been brought there frequently by his foster mom. I had no idea this was where he had gone. He was a rescue and always leery, but not when I took him there for the (what I thought) was his first time. He ran inside like it was his second home. They treat him with such care and respect. I really love this place!! All the staff here are very nice & extremely sweet !!! My two Maltese are coming here for day care since last month ..they can't wait to come here everyday. which I feel so comfortable when I leave them there. ( definitely without worry) I am so happy to find this place for my precious babies HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place !!!!!
If you ever need to board your dog I highly recommend #doggiedistrict they are so good with Frankie! He plays so hard when he's there. It's not like any other kennel we've ever used. They have a huge indoor dog park. And the cool thing is they'll email a photo to you every day
