My dog and I are a big fan .My dog does not get along with people or other dogs except here .He loves to go to daycare when he knows he is going he begs at the door. Once he gets there I can barely hold to him .He heads right back to the door to get back with the other dogs. The people are great always make a big fuss over him. they are the only ones he lets pet him and wags his tail at .I go across town to use this Doggie District because they are so great.

We have been taking our girl to this daycare facility once or twice a week for 3 years now. All of the employees are great people - you can tell they love the pets and do their best to care properly for them. They have gone out of their way more than once to help us out with things like ' coming out to the car to get our pet when we are not able to do it ourselves'. The first time my dog stayed for an overnight visit he began peeing blood. Since I was out of town, the staff here immediately took him across town to his own vet (not their vet) to get checked out (bladder infection only) and then had someone stay with him all night to make sure there was no other issues. I picked him up the next day and I was so surprised that they had gone so far above and beyond for my fur baby. They even asked me to call in a few days and let them know how he was doing. Bark,Bark to all my fellow canines,,,Im Bunz,,,a mini wiener dog,,and I just have to say that I LOVE LOVE LOVE doggie district, Silverado. I come to visit all the time when Mom needs time to do stuff. I play in the pool outside, and love that we dont have to sit in cages all day, Snacks are great, and the humans are Amazing with all of us. I'm definitely a fan of Doggie District and so is my dog! I walk in with her and she heads straight for the door so she can go play. :) Here are a few things I learned from being a customer: * It is an open play environment. I was initially concerned about that since my girl hasn't had much interaction but she managed to pass the interview. Unfortunately, there are only 5 stars.... because if there were more I would give Doggie District, and specifically this location, all of them! I have been bringing my lil baby here since the opened several years ago and I WILL NOT take him anywhere else. I have had bad experiences in the past with other daycares but I trust Doggie District implicitly with my pooch! My pup sometime spends days at daycare and boards frequently. We have been taking our dogs here for years. The staff is always friendly and they all appear to love dogs, which is not always the case at some of the other places in town. Today I had a bit of an emergency, we are leaving the country for a wedding, and my entire family is coming. My dog cut open her foot on the way to the car from the vet's office, on the way to doggie district, at the last possible minute. My dog loves this place! I was initially hesitant to bring my sheltie here based on the prior reviews, but the location is convenient for me so I decided to give it a try. Before dropping my dog off, I asked for a tour. The place was clean and the staff genuinely seemed to care about dogs. I have been bringing my dog for some infrequent daycare and overnight stays for a couple years now. I am not there often but they seem to remember my dog and even noticed he got a new collar. They do special pictures for holidays that are just adorable. He is always happy to arrive and tired when we get home. Thanks Doggie District.
