They did all the expensive and invasive tests without doing the basic essential checks, such as fecal test as soon as we took him in!!!! They kept saying our puppy had hemophilia so we paid for hemophilia test while he kept getting worse and worse so we have to keep him there, hospitalized and under IV and blood transfusions. I will never ever take an animal here again. My dog had surgery done and with in 5 days he passed away. Was 4 years old. The surgery that was supposed to be done was changed I had minutes to make a decision. Then they send him home after a major surgery the same day. I won’t go into how I feel or the fact he came home and it looked like a murder scene. My baby was in so much pain. They killed my best friend
First, Reception Staff was outstanding the entire 6 hrs we were there. The Dr. seemed more interested in increasing the bill than caring for my dog - hurried, and irritated if we questioned the medical terminology she spewed. Never was she warm or consoling, and no wonder as we were told she said my dog (although weak AND sedated) was "too stressed to have his nails clipped" (in her presence, so were we - and felt the addtl $17 likely wasn't worth the effort). They took great care of my Milo Boo who needed a severely infected abscess surgically removed. They where very communicative and extremely compassionate �
Came in with a lame dog. Paid for x rays, blood work, they said nothing was wrong. HIS KNEE CAP POPPED OUT. How you missed this I’ll never understand. Dr Anderson figured that out in 15 seconds without an X-ray. Never coming back. I want my $535 back.
I cannot say enough about the staff at Dogs & Cats! They are professional, caring and always available. They saved our dog Ollie after he was hit by a car - performing miraculous surgeries to put him back together, cared for him in his recovery and made us hopeful for his future. Three years later and Ollie still runs, walks and plays - almost like nothing ever happened. Whenever any of our pets are suddenly sick or injured, we go here first! Highly recommend �
My pet was given to me with feces smeared on his coat. The technician actually thought it was ok. it wasn't. They need to select their staff more carefully. We pay for quality service not techs and vets with attitudes. Folks like that need to work on a farm.
