Solid service. They are easy to work with around schedules. Do think they could be quicker on check-in ...seem surprised when people show up to drop off their dogs. Also recent challenges getting the dogs baths assume staff issues due to pandemic. My dogs seem happy to go to Doguroooo!

Been using Doguroo for grooming since December. They do a good job - my doodle always looks great. There's a problem with their timing though. They say my dog should be done in 3 hours and it's always longer. Last time it was 6.5 hours, time before 4.5 hours. Just don't understand why it has to take so long. Please fix this, there's no reason my dog should be there that long.
This is an updated review of the retail portion of the business only. In the past (couple of years ago) I experienced some issues with having my dogs food in stock at this location, however since then it has been smooth sailing and great experiences. There is a very good selection of dog food and much more here at this location. Highly recommend.

We love Doguroo. My two pups go to daycare twice a week and are always so exhausted when they leave. There are cameras where you can watch your furbaby play all day! The staff is nice and caring and seem to really love what they do. They have an excellent retail store that has all high-quality foods and treats at reasonable prices. They have a full-service grooming every day. And for piece of mind, they have an onsite veterinary clinic connected to the building for anything that might come up. Update to the review below! Colleen, the manager, called me (repeatedly until she got me) to apologize and make the situation right. Very professional and sincere. I have to give kudos for great fixes and service as often as I complain as well. Thanks! Had an emergency with a busted pipe and flooding issue in our bathroom the morning of a grooming appointment. I absolutely love this place!!!! I am so happy I found it because my old groomer quit at the previous place I was taking Carl to get groomed. The people at Doguroo are so friendly!!! They were so excited to meet my dog & groom him exactly how I wanted. My dog LOVES Doguroo but mostly she adores the staff. We have tried 5 other highly recommended daycares and she eventually was terrified of going. I would have to carry all 48 shivering pounds of her inside. It broke my heart. The great thing about Doguroo is that they group based on personality's. She's in a group with other milder dogs who just love to nap and sniff things. She loves going and has to say hi to every staff member at drop off. We've been taking our dogs here since they were puppies. They started out attending puppy hour on Saturday's and then moved to coming for daycare once a week and boarding. Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable. The minute we park the car our dogs are excited and pulling us towards the door. They love the staff and are frequently greeted personally by the staff. I love how they separate the dogs by level of personality. This place is top tier and great. I have multiple friends who take their dogs here and they all love it. Daycare is great, and dog boarding is even better. We recently placed our dog in boarding for two nights and requested a bath, and the works upon picking our dog up.
