I can't say enough good things about this place! I recommend it to all my friends! Yes they have a great building with great amenities, but what gets me is the staff!!! They are always so patient with me - I can be really high maintenance when it comes to my baby. One time when I was picking my dog up, a worker was leaving for the day (had his helmet in his hand), and stopped and spent quite a bit of time helping me pick out a new bed. All of my experience with Doguroo has been positive. I am able to buy high quality food from them and get advice when I change brands or have a dog with a sensitive stomach. They are easy to talk to and very helpful. Boarding here has been a likewise easy experience. The staff members remember my dogs by name and know their personality (ie: Mayzie really likes to be held). While I am gone I can check in on my dog's play group via their webcams. Our little Beagle-mix absolutely LOVES this place. We use them for daycare on long work days, and Doguroo day is clearly her favorite day of the week. She comes home absolutely exhausted every time. I find that they have great hours, a friendly and fast staff, and cool options like watching your little one on the webcams throughout the day. Their location is not very obvious to those that don't live near there but it's nice and easy parking. Their decor is very nice and they are very good about taking care of the place so that it doesn't smell like dog. I like the fact that they look like they really care about me and my pet when I come in. They're very helpful in helping me find the perfect products for my pet. I love Doguroo. I met my puppy there. He was being fostered/boarded. Now he's happy with his own little forever pack, but I still take him back to Doguroo for fun big pack times. He comes home so dog-happy.

I've been taking my Great Dane to Doguroo since about August, and I could not be happier. Every time I drop him off, I'm greeted by name, and he's greeted by name. He seemed nervous that I was leaving him the first couple times, but now he just runs up, tail wagging. It's obvious that the staff treats him like one of the pack, and I wish that I could afford to take him more than twice a week. My dogs love Doguroo! The staff at Doguroo go above and beyond for me every time I take my dogs in for daycare or leave them for boarding. They are very knowledgeable about the dogs well being and always help me with any nutrition question I can throw at them. Their store is always very clean and they have any food or supplies I could possibly need. I feel like they truly care for the animals and I feel assured my dogs are treated very well when I'm away. Staff if always helpful, I truly appreciate doggy day cares like this one because they carry all of the natural and healthy food brands that the big pet changes doesn't carry. Staff is friendly, dogs are happy and they have the a clean business to bring your fur babies to. Picked up my girlfriend's dog from day boarding last week, and the place was well laid out, clean, and smelled nice. The guy at the counter was a little less that fully attentive as he was messing with his phone and made me wait to tell him which dog I needed. But that can be mostly overlooked. I liked the food selection, the availability to spy on your dog via iphone ap, and that the place looked tidy. With that being said, I can only give a 3 at this time due to limited experience here and the dude at the counter.
