About Dogwood Canyon Nature Park "Promote and protect the natural environment of the canyon’s wildlife and plant life." Aside from a few amenities to make Dogwood Canyon Nature Park more accessible to our guests, the rugged landscape has been left untouched and, with just a little imagination, you can travel back to a time when European settlers first entered the area or, even further, to explore the mark that Native Americans left on these Missouri hills and hollows. The first parcels of the property were acquired in 199... read more

Dogwood Canyon is the best. Everyone who works there is so nice and helpful. I have a season pass so I ride my bike there all the time. My grandkids love going there and last time out there we ate lunch there. The lunch was wonderful. The place is so clean and well taken care of. If you haven't gone you need to go❤
We absolutely love this place!! Would come more often if we lived closer. If you are ever in the area and don't go, you are missing out. It's so beautiful and there are so many fun activities for people of all ages.
Worth the money... I know it takes a lot of dough to keep that place looking beautiful. And what extraordinary beauty is was. We paid to walk and I would do it again. The bison burger was perfect- have to get it medium cooked... otherwise it is dry. So many waterfalls at one place and there is nothing more peaceful than the roar of a waterfall to calm my soul... The only disappointment is that I couldn't spend the night there.
Very nice location. We visited within the first hour of opening on a Sunday morning. We were the ONLY people on the trails until we headed back. Yes you have to pay to get in and pay to walk or rent the bicycles. But it was totally worth it. Would go back. The photos and environment was 2nd to none!
Absolutely loved it! Will definitely be back it was an easy walk, beautiful scenery!
My husband and I spent two days exploring Dogwood Canyon. The first day we walked on the pathway and the second day we went on the horseback riding trail, and ate at the restaurant afterwards. We had a wonderful time, we will definitely be coming back!
Incredible beauty and so many things to do. Great for families. Admission is reasonable. I can't wait to come back and bring my grandkids. We spent the day there enjoying a tram ride (highly recommend). And we fished for an hour catching about 20 rainbow trout from 1/2 lb to 4 lbs.
