I agree with Ben P. I was rudely spoken too. I took a pregnant dog in for a broken foot and was charged outrageously for procedures that I watch take 5 minutes. The vet seemed knowledgeable, but because of the poor customer service and rude phone calls I received afterwards about returning materials that I clearly paid for on my receipt I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I was treated as though I had never seen an animal before and respect is major requirement for me.
If I could have left 0 stars I would have. They used to have a wonderful Vet there who helped us tremendously when our cat had cancer. Now though, after dealing with their extremely rude vet tech (whom I had not had the displeasure of dealing with until recently & found very condescending) & equally rude office staff over a new kitten, we are done. We've been waiting for our kittens medicine, supposedly on back order, for an entire week. Today they say they have it & that it has been there since Tuesday, so four days& no wor... read more
I went there to drop off my girlfriends dog for a procedure, the doors were locked and the sign said "closed" & I could see through the window that nobody was there but the business hours said 8:30 AM (it was 10AM) so I called the number and a women answered and said I must have the wrong place, then flings the door open and says "here we're open" then cops a rude, surely and condescending attitude. We took our dog to Companion for a check up. We were told, by phone, the cost of the vet visit & quoted that price again upon arrival. However, when we went to check out - we were charged DOUBLE what the quote was. When I spoke with the office manager (also the owner ) she was BEYOND rude, disrespectful & plain downright mean. The vet was good, but I cannot support a company that is so blatantly ripping off their customers. My sister-in-law had her cat groomed there (also by the owner) and it died!
