Best customer service If you’re looking for a car and considering a Chevy- of any type, don mealy Chevrolet is the place to go. We came here after a HORRIBLE experience at another Chevy dealership in Orlando. Right away we were greeted by Clarissa and her personality was just the greatest, she was sweet as pie and was just the most honest person. Outstanding service, courteous staff. Ms. Clarissa Rivera did an excellent job, she was thorough regarding the available options, sweet, professional and extremely patient with us. She truly cared and listened, taking into consideration my financial limitations . Thanks to her help I own a great vehicle! Mr. Jonathan Roberts helped me finalize the process, making it easier. Sales Managers send salesmen, God sent Elle I can quite literally say I received the best deal in the nation at Don Mealey Chevrolet, and also had the most honest and straight forward experience of my life buying a vehicle, if you’re looking to buy a vehicle especially a chevy this is the place to go, but unless you’ve got the right salesman or saleswoman to get your back it ain’t gonna happen. Could not have been any better By far the most pleasant and smooth purchase! We couldn’t have asked for better customer service. From the initial quick and courteous response from Daniela to Brian who was very knowledgeable and fantastic to deal with to Jonathan making the paperwork smooth and prompt. We were in and out in an hour! Thanks to everyone.

Just excellent from the moment we walked in! Elle did a great job understanding our needs and getting us what we wanted! We just needed 1 visit to this dealer to finalize a deal, and this was mainly for the way they handled our business: seriously, with honesty and empathy. Brian is 'da man! We love Don Mealey Chevrolet so much that we just bought our 2nd car from them!!! If you are shopping around for cars, I would strongly recommend going to Don Mealey Chevrolet and speak with Brian Evans.
