Walter at the front desk was amazing! He went above and beyond to make our check-in and stay convenient and pleasurable. Hotel was clean and had ample dining options. Only one negative, no microwave in room.

The place was very nice and clean. I would give it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the disastrous checkin. We waited for two hours for our room to get ready. Checkin was at 3:00. We got in our room at 5:30. The line to Check in was forever long. As rooms became available, they went to the people in line instead of the ones that were already waiting. The staff was very nice but but they were completely unprepared for the number of people checking in that day.
