We're two blocks from the Children's Museum of Evansville and less than 10 minutes from the USS LST Ship Memorial. This was a great hotel. Really enjoyed the stay. Connected to the venue. Free parking. Clean room. Nice lady at the front desk.
it was ok. our room 251 needed some better cleaning around the bottom of the shower (red slime/mold) and around the sink ledge i don't care for those sinks because of that. All of the carpet needs replacing. cookies were great! honestly, I felt it was a little expensive. loved being able to cross right over to the ford center. don't like having to pay for parking.
Restaurant inside and service makes it convenient for people on a work trip.
We received a very friendly, brief check-in with bottled water and warm cookies. This was our second stay-we come for the circus and the enclosed walkway from the hotel to the Ford Center is very convenient. We did have to drive to find an open restaurant but this was, after all, Thanksgiving night.
Room size was great and bed was really comfortable. Hotel folks were welcoming. Bathroom sink water pressure was too low, had to brush teeth using shower.
