Everything was good but they were short staffed at the dinning area and it took 3 hours to eat. But staff was very friendly and fixed issues
A bit disappointed This is a higher end hotel with beautiful rooms but our shower was dirty. It looked like the housekeeper cleaned all the glass but left the shower floor dirty with mildew stains and even her sneaker footprints on the floor. Disappointing as we have stayed in this hotel many times before and always had a good stay.

great location and easy walk to Ford Center
The property needs a deep cleaning. The walls are also very thin, and you can hear everything on the street and in the halls.
My only issue has been with the digital key app. Highly recommend this hotel if attending an event at The Ford Center.

Nice hotel and location Nice hotel in downtown Evansville, very convenient to Ford Center (right across street). Room was very nice and comfortable, breakfast buffet (additional charge) was very good.
