1 night stay Perfect location for the concert at the Old National plaza and Ford Center. Clean east check in and out Starbucks right next door.
Good night stay Very clean, upscale hotel. We only stayed one night for some volunteer work at the Ford center next door but our stay was very comfortable.
The night time lady with the fake Blondie hair was so rude to everyone . Not friendly at all. Zero help everyone else amazing room was perfect clean etc
Rooms are clean. Restaurant menu limited bartender was not attentive.
