Front desk had a line upon check-in and it was very slow with only one person working the desk.
The hotel is nice with bar and restaurant. It’s close to the ford center and has a parking garage there as well. Check in took awhile maybe, half an hour because of them being behind with cleaning other guests rooms but no biggie. Room was clean and check out was easy.
Soap shelf in shower was not cleaned and was filled with soap residue.
Nice stay
Dynamite Double Tree Upon check in, everyone was so friendly. The little things, like offering me water and cookies at the desk creates comfort.
Other than the handicap shower seat not being in proper working order everything was perfect.
3 hour delay in check-in Sunday Nov 5, 2023 was chaotic. Management needs to be prepared for turnover of rooms. Someone failed to make plans for that days cleaning. There were LOTS of very disgruntled guests in the lobby waiting for hours to get checked into a room.
