it was ok. our room 251 needed some better cleaning around the bottom of the shower (red slime/mold) and around the sink ledge i don't care for those sinks because of that. All of the carpet needs replacing. cookies were great! honestly, I felt it was a little expensive. loved being able to cross right over to the ford center. don't like having to pay for parking.

Restaurant inside and service makes it convenient for people on a work trip.

We received a very friendly, brief check-in with bottled water and warm cookies. This was our second stay-we come for the circus and the enclosed walkway from the hotel to the Ford Center is very convenient. We did have to drive to find an open restaurant but this was, after all, Thanksgiving night.

Room size was great and bed was really comfortable. Hotel folks were welcoming. Bathroom sink water pressure was too low, had to brush teeth using shower.

Front desk had a line upon check-in and it was very slow with only one person working the desk.

The hotel is nice with bar and restaurant. It’s close to the ford center and has a parking garage there as well. Check in took awhile maybe, half an hour because of them being behind with cleaning other guests rooms but no biggie. Room was clean and check out was easy.

3 hour delay in check-in Sunday Nov 5, 2023 was chaotic. Management needs to be prepared for turnover of rooms. Someone failed to make plans for that days cleaning. There were LOTS of very disgruntled guests in the lobby waiting for hours to get checked into a room.
