The room needed to be cleaned more thoroughly. Special attention needed to the fold out chair/bed and the desk chair, as they both needed crumbs vacuumed and upholstered fold-out chair/bed upholstery needs spot cleaned. In-shower built in soap holders need to be cleaned of grime and dried soap residue. In room coffee maker contained standing water and we did not use it. Even though the initial room i reserved was hiven to someone else, my reassigned room came at no charge.So a win is a win
They just got new TV’s, which is great, but they have the DirectTv box on the wall behind the TV and you can’t change the channel without standing up and holding it over the top of the TV. Hopefully they get that fixed. Also our room (537) was right next to the elevator and it sounded like a bowling alley all day and all night. Breakfast, they were serving a buffet for $15. They wouldn’t let me buy a To-go order along with my meal to take to my fiance who didn’t feel like coming down to eat. He had to skip breakfast. On a po... read more

Great place to stay.
Room was not spotless. I pulled back the curtains and found a previous occupant's plastic drinking glass with some unknown papers. Happy to provide the picture.
