Lovely place, very clean, cousy and peaceful. If you like wildlife, peace, nature.... perfect place. Pets welcome, walks, entertainment too. Really recommend, well rested, will be back👌

The Lodge was a great place to stay, the hot tub made it a real romantic treat. The dogs loved it too, especially the nightly walk in the woods on the estate. We would highly recommend staying here and are likely to be back next year.

We keep going back to this lovely house. We stay as a BIG family group and always have a great time. The booking is easy. The hosts are great and really attentive to our needs. Set in beautiful woodland, we will return!!!

My boyfriend and I had such a lovely stay at Downwood. Leyla was a very responsive host and we felt very welcomed. We received some very great recommendations for places to visit before our trip and also clear instructions on what to do on our arrival. The place was very clean and a great location and we would absolutely come back again! Would definitely recommend for a couples getaway!
