Had everything we needed, in great condition, beautiful comfy bed, stylish well equipped kitchen, space to eat and gorgeous easy to use hot tub. My partner and I enjoyed a wonderful much needed break, in a private quiet space, just what we needed for some sacred alone time. It was so nice to arrive ...Show more Nothing bad at all to say! Only a couple of hooks on bathroom door might be handy for our dressing gowns. But that was no major deal as everything else absolutely perfect ! We will be back !!!!

As always a fabulous house and time away, just wish we could stay longer. 6th visit booked and trying hard to work out how I can afford a booking for visiting family in September!! Thank you all at Downwood Holidays - we love it !

The art studio is small but beautifully organised and really well equipped to ensure you have everything you need! It was secluded and peaceful. The perfect place for a romantic get away. Communication was easy and effective. A great experience, we'll be booking again.

Staff are really friendly & helpful. Clear directions on how to get to the property. The property was beautifully clean & smelt lovely. The hot tub was the perfect temperature. The property was so warm so leaving the hot tub didn’t leave you shivering for ages. The property was so spacious and light. We will definitely be returning. Thank you DownWood Holidays

It's the second year we've visited you and liked it both times, Primrose cottage was very clean and tidy and spacious only downside phone signal and Internet were not good but we're be back next year to visit Primrose cottage again

Wd stayed in Copperbeech Hut and had a lovely time! Great self-contained place to stay with all you could need. Perfect time of year for sitting in the hot tub under the stars.

Really lovely and clean cabin. The garden was secure enough for our nervous dog (although she insisted on being taken to the woodland). Would definitely come again 🙂

It was a very pleasant short stay. Nice hot tub and lovely grounds to walk the dogs in. Bit lacking in bedroom storage but only 2 days so not an issue.
