Arrived on time. Office staff were very friendly, extremely professional and helpful. Finished my paperwork and was called in almost immediately. No wait time. Good!!!! Dr Kerdel's assistant was very professional, listened to me carefully, wrote down everything I was saying. Excellent!!!! Dr. came in, did his examination, and told me what was wrong with me. From the moment you enter the door you are greeted with a smile and a hello and as you exit it is the same. The office staff are so nice and everything runs very smooth, getting taken care of on time and with care. Dr. Kerdel is very nice, listens, explains when you have a concern. I feel cared for and important. This was my second visit and I will continue to come back and to recommend the Doctor and his office.
Clean, great customer service from staff. Now we are upset (after finding a great doctor and Staff) Doctors Health Insurance dropping there office.
