The office is pleasant and the waiting time is minimal. Dr. Pick-Jacobs is great at making you feel listened to. He also has a warm personality, which I always find helpful in an uncertain situation. He makes sure that you understand and I never feel rushed. I highly recommned.
My visit today went smooth, both knees were injected today with the Gel and Steroid , I felt a little pressure like he said , very kind and very caring Doctor .
Dr Pick-Jacobs talked to me, explained options, and listened to my concerns. I highly recommend him to anyone needing orthopedic services.
Dr. Pick-Jacobs is wonderful. He is very through.He explains everything he is doing. He takes his time with you and allows you to ask questions. I highly recommend him.
Dr. P-J is amazing. I have seen him for cortisone injections, PRP injections and exams for various injuries and ongoing arthritis in both knees. He has also seen one of my young sons for a shoulder dislocation and he regularly sees my 21-year-old injury-prone snowboarding son. I was seen in a timely fashion. Dr. Pick-Jacobs went over my MRI results thoroughly with me.
Very professional
He was professional. He seemed to genuinely care about the pain I was experiencing. He was very thorough in explaining information at my follow-up.
He went over all of my xrays and made sure I understood what i was seeing. Same with the ultrasound. Very good doctor.
