Dr. Listened to my issue and asked further questions to get more info. I did not feel rushed in my explaining. Dr presented as very knowledgeable and spoke about thoughts on issue so I could understand. Gave referral for PT and offered thoughts on treatment course to come. No complaints. Happy with service and understanding of Dr thoughts.

Dr Puck-Jacob’s demeanor was the first positive impression I was greeted with. I’m a senior and it seems my body is fighting against me. I have been having problems with my shoulders for a number of years. It kept getting worse and daily activities were becoming difficult. I made the appointment and saw Dr. Pick-Jacob’s.
