Dr Puck-Jacob’s demeanor was the first positive impression I was greeted with. I’m a senior and it seems my body is fighting against me. I have been having problems with my shoulders for a number of years. It kept getting worse and daily activities were becoming difficult. I made the appointment and saw Dr. Pick-Jacob’s. He took his time, went through and explained everything and I understood! I am impressed with him and grateful for the answers to the diagnosis and recommendations. Thank you Dr. Pick-Jacob’s!
Was very informative about treatments options and was aware of previous treatments and medical history. Answered all questions very clearly and definitely a great experience. Felt very good about process when leaving office.
