I was greeted and checked-in quickly by courteous staff. I was seen by the eye doctor on time. He was cheerful and explained what tests he was doing. I was informed of the results. He was happy to send the test results to my family physician and (soon to be) eye surgeon -who will be removing my cataracts. It was a pleasant experience.

I arrived approximately 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment because I thought they might need some extra time to dilate my pupil (I have Horner's and I thought they might have to instill dilating drops a few times). As it turned out, I didn't need my pupils dilated and Dr. Ma was able to see me almost right away.

Greeted almost immediately at reception - personnel demonstrated cleanliness, sanitizing equipment and initial procedures were as expected. When I met Dr. Shelson, she showed professionalism and did not rush through the examination - she showed that she cared / concerned about my condition ( glaucoma ) and I felt truly comfortable and confident with her.
