A world class Doctor and world class person - Dr De Silva is unbelievably patient and polite and has an assured confidence that makes you feel you are in the absolute best of hands. I had a rhinoplasty and face and neck lift with Dr Da Silva in October of last year, and the whole experience, from the initial consultation through to the procedure itself, and then the follow up appointments afterwards were all a uniformly great experience. I have visited Dr De Silva in the past for a number of small procedures ( upper & lower eyes & revision ) so felt confident in his ability but this year i decided to have a lower face and neck lift with fat transfer , laser resurfacing and PRP. Dr Julian De Silva is a brilliant, artistic, skilled Facial Plastic Surgeon. He puts you at ease whilst answering any questions you may have and is very charming. You are advised of the full cost at your first consultation and absolutely no pressure is put upon you Day of surgery everything was discussed again, the anaesthetist then thoroughly explains your sedation.
