Fast procedure, caring staff, great followup. Would go to them again and definitely recommend.
Best experience ever. I called several places and this was one of the cheapest. I appreciated how their prices were clearly posted on their website and had no surprise charges. I needed to neuter my dog on a budget. I was a little concerned as some would say " you get what you pay for ". But from every moment they were super courteous and professional. They are amazing. The staff there is phenomenal impeccably clean great prices. My Veterinarian wanted $1500 to clean my dogs teeth so I thought I'd check out Dr. Kelly's surgical unit and they told me due to my dog's age and some lab work that there's no way they would do surgery on her that it was too dangerous so they are honest in my Veterinarian is just chasing the Almighty Dollar. Dr. Kelly's is definitely in place I give five star five diamond and take any of my animals there with complete peace of mind.
The staff are very friendly & professional. I under estimated the time to get to this location and it was raining. Called that I was running late, and was told be careful don't rush we will hold your appointment, I was so grateful that was taken into consideration, thank you!
abby is the most knowledgeable and wonderful vet tech I have worked with with my dogs. Her patience with my animals is amazing her love shows through everything she does.

I took my dog Bluey here for his procedure and Abby was PHENOMENAL! Truly so patient with him, he was a nervous boy the whole time in the car and while walking in! He is not a puppy that likes leash's and will typically plant his feet and stand still and he just walked away all happy with her! I can't say enough about Dr. Kelly's Surgical in Queen Creek! The entire staff is wonderful, but Abby especially deserves recognition. I've been to many vet offices, and this one truly stands out because of her outstanding customer service. She was so loving and friendly with my pups that I immediately felt at ease. I even challenged her with my Frenchie, Obi, he's strong and usually hates nail trims. Most groomers in the past have sent him back saying he was impossible. Dr. Schuster neutered a litter of foster kittens for me. Abby checked me in and was AMAZING. So thoughtful and really loves her job. My kittens healed so quickly and were back to normal later that day! They all went off to their new homes vaccinated, microchipped and ready to take on the world. I've been to 2 different locations and they are great every time!
