abby is the most knowledgeable and wonderful vet tech I have worked with with my dogs. Her patience with my animals is amazing her love shows through everything she does.

I took my dog Bluey here for his procedure and Abby was PHENOMENAL! Truly so patient with him, he was a nervous boy the whole time in the car and while walking in! He is not a puppy that likes leash's and will typically plant his feet and stand still and he just walked away all happy with her! I can't say enough about Dr. Kelly's Surgical in Queen Creek! The entire staff is wonderful, but Abby especially deserves recognition. I've been to many vet offices, and this one truly stands out because of her outstanding customer service. She was so loving and friendly with my pups that I immediately felt at ease. I even challenged her with my Frenchie, Obi, he's strong and usually hates nail trims. Most groomers in the past have sent him back saying he was impossible. Dr. Schuster neutered a litter of foster kittens for me. Abby checked me in and was AMAZING. So thoughtful and really loves her job. My kittens healed so quickly and were back to normal later that day! They all went off to their new homes vaccinated, microchipped and ready to take on the world. I've been to 2 different locations and they are great every time!
Just had my kitty baby in yesterday for his dental. At his consult they quoted me up to $1700 and in the end it was only $500! Such great news since his full service vet quoted me up to 4k. Such amazing staff! I'll recommend this place to everyone I know
On April 10th, I had to take my Pug Ramona to have surgery, and the team was amazing - everyone from the admissions department to the on-call aftercare team. They provided a superior customer experience, and I highly recommend them to anyone. On April 22nd, I brought Ramona back in without an appointment due to a complication, and they got her back in for another surgery that day. Was not really sure what to expect. I know they advertise lower costs but would that mean lower quality of service? As a long time pet owner and former vet clinic employee, I tend to be pretty fussy. Excellent experience all the way around. I'd trapped a stray cat and brought him in for neuter so we could cut down on "littering" the neighborhood.
