This new location is very clean! It's well located, and the service is great. Abby with pink glasses came out to promptly get me checked in when I arrived, as well as going over all my questions and more when I came back to pick my baby up just 2 hours later! She was very informative and had a wonderful personality. Our experience was great and we will definitely be recommending and returning!

brought my dog there on a Monday and I woke up Saturday morning to her passed away:( dr. Kelly's did not tell much to watch out for a couple days after surgery. She had black tar stool and was not told to watch out for. found out later that she was bleeding internally. if that was something we knew to look out for we would had her to a vet and she would be still alive and with us;(. she was only 2

Be cautious using Dr Kelly's spayed neutered clinic in Queen Creek. I took my cat Samantha to get spayed on Monday May 11th on Wednesday May 13th she died at Rise ER. She never came out of the meds given for surgery. Dr Kelly's never cared. Never returned my calls. My cat was a healthy 4 yr old siamese. Clinics like this should not be in business.

One star only because it's the only way to leave a review and that is me being kind. I am extremely disappointed and honestly alarmed by the level of care my dog received here. It was very clear to me that there is a serious lack of understanding when it comes to proper animal care and post-operative responsibility. I brought my dog in for a procedure and was explicitly told she would be monitored for one hour after surgery. Instead, she was released to me after only 15 minutes. When I got her back, she was shaking, crying... read more

This practice is not compassionate. As Pet advocates we are required to turn over decision making During dental cleaning/surgery Or they will refuse care to your pet. A week ago, during the pre op exam and lab, I had not been given Any indication that 8 incisors were loose and needed extracted. Eight! IMO this is a racket conducted by unethical practice. To tell me while he is under anesthetic these extractions are necessary for my pet to receive care. I requested a cleaning, and to do it later. But, what the heck ... read more

Vet office did not properly diagnose my animals medical condition. Upon request of reschedule or canceling appointment for surgery of a drastic nature was denied. Not because I gave extremely short notice but was hours late in canceling a Tuesday morning surgery on a Friday afternoon. Make sure to get a second opinion and cancel ASAP if needed.

On August 7, 2025, I took my dog (1 year 3 mo) Mini Aussie to get neutered. When you go in it's just an open room with chairs. I wasn't expecting no receptionist and quickly learned that they don't even have a private room to meet your dog. It's just out in the open. The vet tech (I believe her name was Kayla or something similar to that) came to sit next to me in the customers chairs to go over the paperwork. My dog had an undecended testicle which I put on the intake paper. During this brief conversation, the tech asked m... read more

My daughter took her dog to get spayed and they had to take her back end and open her up due to internal bleeding from the surgery. They ended up letting her take her home a few hours later. I get a call at midnight from my daughter hysterical that she had to rush her dog to the ER and they have her in critical condition due to massive internal bleeding. WTH!!!!!! They said they never should have let the dog go or should have had the dog come to the ER not go home. She should have been monitored longer. Unfortunately due to... read more
