Both my regular hygienist and Dr. Grossman were out of the office today. The hygienist I had was great!! Very professional and personable put me totally at ease!! Dr.Ritz finished my exam and was professional as well. They both are keepers!! Great job Dr Grossman hiring a great staff. Would highly recommend this dental team to anyone.
The office made an appointment for a dental emergency asap. Everyone at the office was very professional & friendly.
I could not get a visit for a bad molar til Dec. Dr. Grossman’s office made an appt for next day. Staff was kind. The molar needed to be extracted. Start to finish, easy and comfortable (except the anesthesia shots) and very professional. Then, they made payment arrangements that were reasonable. I would highly recommend Dr. Grossman and his nurses and staff!

Waiting room was busy with patients but I was called in quickly. Dr. Hippeli and Jill his assistant covered my 2 fillings in no time.

I was not established with a local dental office; I had only moved there 18 months ago. True fact: I have had a had a deep phobia of dentists since my elementary school days. I developed a tooth and facial abcess literally overnight and began making calls to get seen emergently. That was on May 22. I called as a new patient with a toothache and they fit me in and even performed a root canal for me as i was leaving for vacation. The staff and Drs are great and they make me calm because i am not of a dentists but they are caring and listen.
I'm a coward...for good reason. It's not unusual for me to burst into tears with a visit. However, Dr Grossman is patient, comforting and shows incredible empathy and compassionate. I went in for an emergency today and he made time for me, fixed the issue and was incredibly patient. I can't recommend him more. The best dentist I've ever seen.
