I'm always happy with the service I get from Dr. Grossman and the staff. They are all friendly and professional, and I'm always in and out quickly. I'd recommend them to anyone.
I've been here many times now and there's really no waiting time upon checking in which I find wonderful. My daughter who's 10, likes it here as well. Pleasant manners all around! We very highly recommend. We love seeing Dr. Grossman and Tina also.
Dr. Hippeli is fantastic. The staff is kind and knowledgable. The office staff is very nice and I have never waited to be seen. My only “thing” is the Dr’s assistants calling me “Hun.” I would like that to end. Otherwise NOT ONE COMPLAINT.
Aleania( forgive the misspelling of her name) was excellent. Excellent work, patience, and rapport. All hygienist should be as good as her. Dr. Grossman is a great dentist. Always with a great attitude. Great job all around!
Aileen, my Dental Hygienist, was both friendly and thorough. She was also very informative and helpful. Since Dr. Grossman was on vacation, I saw Dr. Ritz, who checked my teeth. He was also very friendly and thorough.
My daughter called for an appointment, and they got us in quickly. The front desk girlsand dental hygienists were friendly and professional. Dr. Grossman explained everything to us about her root canal. Dr. Ritz did a great job in performing the root canal. My daughter felt very comfortable throughout the whole procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Grossman's practice to anyone!
