Had a sensitive tooth problem. Was taken in on the same day I called. Dr.Grossman examined the problem and took care of it with dispatch. In and out of the office 15 minutes.
I've been coming to Dr. Grossman's office for years. Today I had a dental emergency and called the office in the morning and Dr. Steven Hippeli saw me in the afternon. Dr. Hippeli had previously done my dental implants and he is amazing. He is so reassuring and compassionate. The office staff is great and based on my experiences, I do recommend them.
Doctor Ritz is very good, kind, provides always outstanding service. His assistant, Ms Laraine is one of the best and my favorite one. They both are very skillful.
Both my regular hygienist and Dr. Grossman were out of the office today. The hygienist I had was great!! Very professional and personable put me totally at ease!! Dr.Ritz finished my exam and was professional as well. They both are keepers!! Great job Dr Grossman hiring a great staff. Would highly recommend this dental team to anyone.
The office made an appointment for a dental emergency asap. Everyone at the office was very professional & friendly.
I could not get a visit for a bad molar til Dec. Dr. Grossman’s office made an appt for next day. Staff was kind. The molar needed to be extracted. Start to finish, easy and comfortable (except the anesthesia shots) and very professional. Then, they made payment arrangements that were reasonable. I would highly recommend Dr. Grossman and his nurses and staff!
He is always on time. I never have to wait. Very kind man!!
Waiting room was busy with patients but I was called in quickly. Dr. Hippeli and Jill his assistant covered my 2 fillings in no time.
Dr. Ritz and Cathy took great care to keep me relaxed and stress free.
