Dr. Shelby and stuff are very professional and knowledgeable. Its my 2nd time doing procedure in the office and its done on time.

Dr. Shelby met me after and told me the result of my Colonoscopy and what transpired during the operation. He removed 2 benign polyps and told me where they were within my colon.
Dr Shelby literally save my daughters life She had been incredibly uncomfortable with various G.I. related issues for the last year to the point she couldn’t work or go to school she went to two different G.I. doctors who both told her nothing was wrong one insinuated she needed mental health and that her G.I. functions were all normal yet she continued to have daily discomfort and truly was miserable Dr Shelby went out of his way fit her into his schedule He told her not to give up hope and he took every test possible and h... read more
Practice could be improved if Surgery Coordinator (Becky) was assigned to some other position that more closely matched her skills and temperament - my experience dealing with her was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in a long time.

I'm not terribly sure what I can add to what has been said here! I'll try, though. I canceled a procedure with Dr. Shelby because I had not yet sufficiently recovered from surgery the previous day. He responded by barging into my hospital room, berating me at length for refusing the procedure, then proceeding to lecture me for the second time in less than 24 hours regarding why the procedure was important. At that point, I realized how very grateful I was that I had not gone through with the procedure! Who would want such a ... read more
