Dr Frank explains everything and answers all questions. His staff are all helpful and very friendly. I recommend this office for any oral surgery or implant work.
Had an extraction and implant today. From my initial visit to today, my experience has been nothing but positive. The staff is especially nice.
When I made my appointment with Dr. Frank. I didn't know what to expect. I found his staff to be warm and friendly, yet professional. Dr Frank answered all questions openly and honestly. He had a ready smile, no pressure on making a decision. My only complaint would be how long I had to wait, it was over 2 hours. The cost is mind numbing,but not unexpected. I do think the end result will make me feel better about myself.
